The bids submitted for the work are hereby cancelled. Invitation to tender for this work is hereby issued to all eligible bidders

.2 The conduct of this tender shall be in accordance with the rules and regulations set out below
things including:e
• Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development's "Construction Practical
registered under the Workers' Rules;
Eligible candidates for Grade 1 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 of 01GC of the registry are eligible to participate in this bid
Contractors.e
• "Foreign Direct Investment Policy" of the Ministry of Economic Development, Transport and Trade.
.3 The procurement of this work will be conducted on the basis of National Competitive Bidding (NCB).
In accordance with the Public Finance Regulation (-158/2023R (and all amendments thereto).
The requirements and evaluation criteria will be mentioned in the bidding document
.4 A non -refundable registration fee of Rs.500/- )five hundred rupees( per work) is payable for participation in this tender
Payment will be accepted from 2 September 2026 to 10 September 2026, non-closed hours
