Tenders are invited for The subject of the public contract is: - conducting regular preventive inspections of air conditioning, cooling, and ventilation equipment of the Client located in its or used facilities, for the purpose of checking their condition to prevent the need for emergency repairs, - performing repairs of air conditioning and cooling units in case of failure, - prescribed tightness checks according to Regulation No. 243/2023 Coll., on preventing emissions of regulated substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases, Act No. 73/2012 Coll. and Act No. 89/2017, on substances that damage the ozone layer, and on fluorinated greenhouse gases, Regulation of the EP and Council of the EU No. 1005/2009. - prescribed checks and tests of the operability of fire dampers and fire fans, by a person qualified in fire technology - supply of pocket filters - cleaning and disinfection of pocket filter chambers and cleaning of extensions - replacement of HEPA filters - defectoscopy and tightness testing of HEPA filters - professional disposal of used filters according to contamination, which is included in the price - emergency repairs related to filters - carrying out all electrical inspections on ventilation equipment according to standards CSN 332000-6ed.2, CSN 331500 Z4 and CSN EN60204-1 ed.3 according to applicable legislation by a qualified technician with the appropriate electrical qualification for the given equipment - ensuring service readiness and emergency repairs Estimated value excluding VAT: 7,500,000 CZK
