Tenders are invited for The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the project "Reconstruction of the steam pipe x HV - area of operation Špitálka - Stavební Street" in the scope according to the project documentation and in accordance with the tender conditions.
The detailed scope of construction work required by the contracting authority is specified in the PROJECT and in the list of works and bill of quantities. The delivery of the construction means the complete and flawless execution of all construction works and structures, including the supply of necessary materials essential for the proper completion of an operable work, as well as the execution of all activities related to the delivery of construction works and structures, whose execution is necessary for the proper completion of the work (e.g., site facilities, safety measures, etc.), geodetic surveying of the completed construction, and the preparation of a geometric plan for registration in the land register and ensuring and handing over the project documentation of the actual execution of the work.
The public contract will be financed from the Modernization Fund HEAT No. 1/2025 - Modernization of heating plants (SZTE) of the Ministry of the Environment.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 50,164,087 CZK
