COMMISSIONING OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AT KAPTALAMWA HEALTH CENTRE IN LELAN WARD AS PER THE SPECIFICATIONS PROVIDED The DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH invites sealed tenders for the above tender Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with N/A”). All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security 2% of the bid price The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before [15 TH SEPTEMBER 2026 Electronic Tenders will not be permitted. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later.
