Tenders are invited for Support/maintenance of telecommunications systems of the city of Viersen from January 1st, 2027 Support/maintenance/delivery of hardware and software (licenses) of the innovaphone telecommunications systems with CTI, UC, ACD, softphone and DECT solutions
805 extensions/PBX+Standby licenses, C4B XPhone Server + Up2Date license, 150 Fax to E-Mail licenses, 226 Voicemail licenses, 696 Office Plus licenses incl. Softphone (Desktop + Mobile), 10 IP Channel
DECT gateways, 30 DECT base stations, 30 DECT terminals (ASCOM)
Various Innovaphone components (SBC, PBX etc.) including analogue gateways with licenses for door stations and faxes
Support/maintenance for ESXi/VM/vSphere host with 5 Windows servers +3 Debian GNU systems including licenses and update service, as well as 2 servers in the data center for, among other things, Softphone Mobile (Windows + Debian GNU)

C4B XPhone Teamdesk (4 licenses)
C4B XPhone conference

Software assurance including all major release changes within the term
Technical on-site service must be guaranteed within 3 hours in the event of critical errors/failures
