Tenders are invited for The project concerns the complete study and construction of the Deneia - Akaki - Astromeritis Highway, with 4 traffic lanes, a total length of approximately 18 km. It will connect the Nicosia-Kokkino Trimithia highway with the Astromeritis-Evrychou highway and will pass south of the villages of Akaki, Peristerona, and Astromeritis. The typical cross-section includes 4 traffic lanes of 3.5 m each with a central island and asphalted shoulders on both sides, 3.0 m wide. The construction works include, among other things, 4 grade-separated junctions, the completion of an existing grade-separated junction, earthworks and asphalt works, stormwater drainage works including the construction of a closed stormwater drainage system for the roadway, modifications of existing services, installation of new services, installation of road lighting, valley bridges, overhead and underground crossings, rectangular culverts, and retaining walls. Estimated value excluding VAT: 138,000,000 EUR.
