Tenders are invited for The subject of the public contract, or its parts, is the ongoing supply of catheterization systems with accessories, and for part no. 2, there is a requirement for a free loan of 1 piece of ablation console and mapping system. The offered medical devices must comply with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., the Act on Medical Devices and In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices, in its valid and effective wording (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Medical Devices") and must meet the requirements specified in the specification of the contracting authority contained in this procurement documentation (hereinafter also referred to as "goods"). The supplies of goods will take place through the consignment warehouse of the Cardiology Clinic of the contracting authority. Estimated value excluding VAT: 120,770,000 CZK.
