Tender Are Invited For Scarborough Hospital Carpark Expansion and Roadway Access
The proposed project will comprise the construction of three interrelated components to be delivered in phases. The works will include the construction of car park infrastructure, access roadway, earthworks, drainage, pavement and associated civil engineering works necessary to provide safe, functional and durable parking and access infrastructure. The project will be undertaken within an operational healthcare environment and will therefore require effective construction sequencing, traffic management, stakeholder coordination and measures to minimize disruption to hospital operations. A pre-tender site visit is scheduled for 10 am on Thursday 3rd September, 2026 at Scarborough General Hospital Food Court. Interested Bidders or their representatives are required to attend the mandatory site visit
