Tenders Are Invited for Vehicle Leasing & Renal Services, and Passenger & Cargo Transportation Services
This Call for Proposals for Services aims to invite companies specializing in the provision of vehicle leasing, vehicle rental, passenger transportation, and freight transportation services to submit their bids for the contracting of these services by Plan International Inc. for a period of three (3) years, subject to annual reviews of performance, service conditions, and prices.
The purpose of this process is to guarantee the availability of mobility and transportation solutions that meet the operational, institutional, and programmatic needs of Plan International Inc., ensuring adequate standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and service quality. It also seeks to optimize operating costs by contracting qualified providers that guarantee high levels of service, reliability, responsiveness, and coverage.
PLAN INTERNATIONAL INC. Plan International Inc. wishes to enter into one or more non-exclusive Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) for the provision of vehicle leasing, vehicle rental, passenger transportation, and freight transportation services, with the purpose of contracting such services as required during the term of the Agreement.
One of the terms of these Agreements will expressly stipulate that Plan International Inc. is not obligated to contract a minimum volume of services, nor does it guarantee a specific number of service orders during the term of the LTA. Consequently, Plan International Inc. will not assume any liability or costs if no specific purchase orders or contracts are issued under the Long-Term Agreement.
Responses should be submitted no later than 28th September 2026.
