Tenders are invited for The subject of the public contract is the preparation of complete project documentation, engineering activities, and the performance of author supervision in connection with the planned implementation of the investment action "PD - SÚ objects A and D" in the area of the Faculty Hospital in Olomouc.
The preparation of complete project documentation and the provision of other performances and services for the subsequent realization of the construction will be in the scope and manner specified by the relevant provisions of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on spatial planning and building regulations, as amended, Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on building documentation, and Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., on the determination of the scope of documentation for public contracts for construction work and the list of construction work, supplies, and services with a bill of quantities.
The detailed specification and scope of the processed PD is included in the annexes to the tender documentation, i.e., Annex No. 2 - draft contract for work including its annexes and Annex No. 3 - technical documentation.
