Request for Information (RFI) for Solar PV Generation in Suriname
N.V. Energiebedrijven Suriname (EBS), the national electricity company of Suriname, invites
independent power producers (IPPs), developers, investors, consortiums, and other market participants
to take part in a non-binding market consultation for solar photovoltaic (PV) generation projects.
Through this RFI, EBS seeks to gather indicative information from independent power producers with
respect to the following points:
? Technical capabilities and experience in solar PV development and operation
? Generation capacity and potential project locations
? Timelines for project development and commissioning
? Financing structures and commercial requirements
? Challenges and requirements for successful implementation
