Tenders are invited for The public procurement is for: "Construction in real estate of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski" and concerns construction, as defined in Article 3, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act. Through a framework agreement, the execution of construction and assembly works (CAM) will be assigned, as well as the design and execution of construction (engineering) in the real estate of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, described in separate positions: Separate position No. 1: "Construction in real estate of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, including buildings - architectural-construction cultural heritage"; Separate position No. 2: "Construction in real estate of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, used for the main activities of the university"; Separate position No. 3: "Construction in real estate of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, representing student dormitories"; The technical specifications and related requirements for the execution of the construction are detailed in PART II. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS of the participation documentation. Volume (quantity of assigned activities) - The volume of the assigned construction and assembly works depends on the specific needs for such works in the properties of the contracting authority that fall within the scope of the procurement according to the separate positions. Scope of the public procurement - included activities: /applies to all separate positions/. • Preparation of investment projects in the technical project phase (when engineering is assigned), for the interventions specified in the invitations; • Execution of construction and repair activities for the objects included in the scope of the public procurement - carried out in accordance with part three "Construction" of the Spatial Development Act and begins after the issuance of a building permit; • Exercising Authors supervision during construction (when engineering is assigned), according to the approved project documentation and applicable regulations for the individual parts of the technical projects of the objects included in the scope of the public procurement. Note: Participants may submit offers for one separate position. A participant who submits an offer for more than one separate position will be removed from participation in the procedure.
