Tenders are invited for Delegation by concession of the management of certain activities of the sanitation service in sector 2 of the municipality of Bucharest. The activities of the sanitation service that are subject to delegation are: - Separate collection and separate transport of household waste and similar waste from commercial activities, industry, and institutions, including separately collected fractions - Sweeping, washing, and watering of public roads in the locality, including the collection and transport of earth and stone waste from public roads to waste disposal sites, as well as waste from street bins to waste disposal sites and/or treatment facilities - Cleaning and transporting snow from public roads in the locality and maintaining them in operation during icy or freezing conditions. The operator will also provide ancillary services to the sanitation service as described in Article 5 of the specifications, part of the awarding documentation. Requests for clarifications can be submitted until the 26th day before the deadline for submitting offers. Responses to requests for clarifications will be published on the 16th day before the submission of offers. Only requests for clarifications addressed by economic operators until the established deadline will be answered. Estimated value excluding VAT: 2,021,963,449.25 RON.
