Tenders Are Invited for Prw214 - S041-2026 A&b Maintenance Specification Water Systems 2027-2028 the Work to Be Carried Out is Located in the Province of Zeeland Within the Management Area of the Contracting Authority and is Divided Into the Following Nine (9) Lots: Lot 1 – Various Locations in Schouwen-duiveland (work Area 1); Lot 2 – Various Locations in Tholen and Sint Philipsland (work Area 2); Lot 3 – Various Locations in Walcheren (work Area 3); Lot 4 – Various Locations in Walcheren and Noord-beveland (work Area 4); Lot 5 – Various Locations in Zak Van Zuid-beveland (work Area 5); Lot 6 – Various Locations in Zuid-beveland North and East (work Area 6); Lot 7 – Various Locations in Zeeuws-vlaanderen West (work Area 7); Lot 8 – Various Locations in Zeeuws-vlaanderen Middle (work Area 8); Lot 9 – Various Locations in Zeeuws-vlaanderen East (work Area 9). the Scope of the Framework Agreement Includes the Maintenance of the Water Systems of the Contracting Authority, Which Mainly Consists of the Following Activities: Performing Mechanical Dredging From the Shore (using a Crane with a Maximum Reach of 22 Meters) of Various Watercourses for Maintenance Dredging Activities; Transporting Released Dredged Material; Performing Bank Restoration Including Fauna Exit Points; Restoring Drainage Outlets; Removing and Installing (agricultural) Dams; Cleaning Culverts; Performing Green Work (pruning) Prior to Carrying Out Dredging Activities; Performing Emergency Work for the Water System; Performing Additional Work. the Following Matters Are Not Included in the Scope of the Framework Agreement: the Contracting Authority Reserves the Right at All Times to Carry Out Work in All Lots with Its Own Equipment, Whether Or Not in Collaboration with the Contractor; Investment Projects; Outstanding Dredging Work; in Emergencies, the Contracting Authority Reserves the Right to Use Third Parties; Work Mentioned in This Framework Agreement That Coincides with Other Work on the Water Systems (combining Work); Work for Which Measures Must Be Taken for Work in Contaminated Land And/or Water Bodies. the Above Enumeration is Not Exhaustive.
