Capital Development Authority invites electronic Bids from eligible Bidders for procurement of subject works on Single Stage Two Envelope Proce-dure as per Rule-36(b) of PPRA from contractors / firms duly registered with PPRA on EPADS v2.0, having valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) License with Category C-3 & specific codes EE-04 & EE06, valid Electrical License issued by Electrical Inspector Islamabad for execution of Electrical & Mechanical Works in Rawalpindi / Islamabad and NTN & GSTN registra-tion with FBR and who can prove their eligibility and qualification as men-tioned in the evaluation criteria of Bidding Document. The NIT cost of the project is Rs.214,124,730/-.
Electronic Request for Proposal document containing detailed require-ments, terms and conditions is available for the registered bidders on EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
The e-bids prepared in accordance with the instruction in the bidding docu-ments must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before September 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The e-bids will be opened using EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 11:30 AM.
The bidders should submit original Bid security amounting to Rs.6,423,740/- in the form of CDR in favor of DDO (P&C), CDA at the time of technical bid opening and scanned copy of the bid security should be uploaded on EPADS.
Notification of GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rule, 2004 is provided on EPADS v2.0.
