Tenders are invited for Provision of basic cleaning and sanitization services for facilities at UMBA St. George EAD - Plovdiv. The order includes regular, periodic, additional, and incidental activities for basic cleaning and sanitization of facilities from the building stock of UMBA St. George EAD - Plovdiv - hospital rooms, sanitary facilities, walls, windows, stairs, and other objects in the building stock of the medical institution located in Plovdiv, 15a Vasil Aprilov Blvd. and 66 Peshtersko Shose Blvd. Volume, description, frequencies, and schedule of services - The basic cleaning of hospital rooms and premises in stationary facilities includes: washing of frames and glass of windows, doors, partition glazing, aluminum and/or external blinds, mosquito nets, complete cleaning of the structures of hospital beds, including wheels and mattresses, wall protectors, doors, and aluminum partitions with or without glazing in the units, wardrobes, and hospital lockers for personal belongings of patients, terraces with railings, stairwells with railings and their adjacent doors and windows, complete washing of bathrooms and toilets with tiles, monoblock - especially inside, sink with faucet, shower with faucets, mirror. Special features and requirements: Mandatory prior and complete coordination by the hygienists with the senior medical specialist or, if absent, with the deputy senior medical specialist of the unit under whose direct supervision and control the cleaning will be carried out. The senior medical specialist, if necessary, makes patient relocations, frees up premises, ensures the possibility for cleaning staff to work, monitors compliance with internal order rules and ensures the therapeutic-diagnostic process, accepts the completed work, monitors and is responsible for its quality, signs the activity protocol upon approval and presents it to the Chief Nurse for verification. Regarding the height of the windows on the floors, safety rules for work by external persons should be observed, as the medical institution is not responsible in case of an incident, as well as for compliance with the internal order rules on their part. The contractor must have the ability to fulfill cleaning requests in case of emergency needs and/or in urgent order. Schedule for basic cleaning and sanitization of units in UMBA St. George, EAD, Plovdiv / Suitable time range from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Mandatory minimum number of team members for sanitization - 4 / 1. Twice a year: Clinical Laboratory Base 1; Department of Transfusion Hematology Base 1; Clinic of Vascular Surgery; Clinical Laboratory Base 2; Department of Transfusion Hematology Base 2 - February; August, one hygienic treatment each. 2. Six times a year: First Clinic of Surgery; Second Clinic of Surgery; Clinic of Neurosurgery; Clinic of Ear, Nose, and Throat Diseases; Clinic of Orthopedics and Traumatology; Department of Invasive Cardiology; Angiograph. January; March; May; July; September; November, one hygienic treatment each. The operating rooms will be cleaned according to the above-described schedule of the clinics for the respective month - First Clinic of Surgery, Second Clinic of Surgery, Clinic of Neurosurgery, Clinic of Pediatric Surgery, Clinic of Orthopedics and Traumatology, Clinic of Urology, Clinic of Vascular Surgery, Clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Clinic of Ear, Nose, and Throat Diseases, Clinic of Eye Diseases, Clinic of Maxillofacial Surgery, Clinic of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery for Children, Department of Cardiac Surgery, Robotic Operating Room, Integrated Center, Department of Day and Minimally Invasive Surgery.
