Tenders Are Invited for Construction modifications to the DDM building No. 109/IV in Klatovy
Brief description of the subject:
Basic estimated value: 18,360,000 CZK excluding VAT. The contracting authority further determined: The estimated value of the reserved change of obligation according to Section 100, paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Act: 500,000 CZK excluding VAT.
The total estimated value of the public procurement is: 18,860,000 CZK excluding VAT.
The subject of the public procurement contract is the construction modifications of building No. 109 due to the occurrence of an outbreak of the domestic wood moth. The construction part includes the replacement of the wooden ceiling above the 1st floor with a steel-concrete structure made of rolled beams, new floors on the 1st floor, new ZTI distributions on the 1st floor and 2nd floor including the replacement of fixtures, new electrical installation, new forced ventilation in the 1st floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor, new heating distributions including radiators and renovation of the masonry against wood-destroying fungi.
