Expression of interest for International Technical Assistant in Procurement and Contract Management
the Services Provided Under This Contract Include the Monitoring and Management of Contracts in Order to Provide All Useful Advice and Support to the Ugp and to Provide the Necessary Support to Accelerate the Efficient Implementation of the Awarding and Execution of Contracts in Strict Compliance with the Contracts in Accordance with the Applicable Procurement Procedures of Each Donor. the Consultant Will Ensure the Management of Financial Resources, the Awarding of Contracts, and the Monitoring of Contract Execution. He Must Guarantee the Regulatory Compliance of the Procedures with Respect to the Donors (afdb, Idb, Boad) and Ensure the Legal Review of Complex Agreements.
