Republic of the Philippines Province of Cebu Municipality of Dalaguete Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of Laboratory Equipment The Municipality of Dalaguete, through the Dalaguete Bids and Awards Committee DBAC invites bidders for the; Brief Description: Procurement of Laboratory Equipment Location : LGU-DALAGUETE Funding Source : TF – HOSPITAL CHARGES Delivery Period : SIXTY 60 Days after the Receipt of Notice to Proceed Approved budget for the Contract : SIX MILLION PESOS PHP 6,000,000.00 ONLY Note: Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening 1. The Municipality of Dalaguete now inviting bidders for Procurement of Laboratory Equipment. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders. 2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary ‘’pass/fail’’ criterion as specified in the 2022 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations IRR of Republic Act of RA 12009 once fully implemented]. 3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Dalaguete BAC Secretariat, Municipality of Dalaguete, Cebu and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday to Thursday. 4. The Municipality of Dalaguete will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on September 04, 2026 at SB Municipal Hall, Municipality of Dalaguete 2:00 pm, which shall be open to prospective bidders. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on September 04, 2026 to September 16, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount prescribed by the GPPB based on the ABC. For the project cost of PHP 6,000,000.00, the cost of bidding documents is PHP 10,000.00. 6. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before September 17, 2026, 1:00 PM. 7. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any acceptable form and in the amount stated in the ITB. Bid opening shall be on September 17, 2026, 2:00 pm at SB Municipal Hall, Municipality of Dalaguete, Cebu Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted. 8. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity 9. The Municipality of Dalaguete reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of the 2022 Revised IRR of RA 9184 without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
