Request for expression of interest : Monitoring & Evaluation (m&e) of the Construction of the Busega-mpigi Expressway (27.3 Km) Project
the Monitoring and Evaluation Assignment Will Assess the Socio-economic Impacts of the Expressway Project on Beneficiaries, and the National and Regional Economy Through An Economic Impact Assessment (eia). the Assessment Will Evaluate the Project's Economic and Social Outcomes By Examining Its Effects on Businesses, Local Governments, and Households Within the Project’s Zone of Influence. at the National and Regional Levels, It Will Assess the Project's Contribution to Improving the Transport Efficiency of the Northern Corridor Transit and Transport Route, Including the Elimination of Bottlenecks, Enhanced Freight and Passenger Mobility, Reduced Travel Times and Trade Costs, Improved Access to Social and Economic Services, and Strengthened Regional Integration and Cross-border Connectivity.
