the Republic of Mozambique Has Received Financing From the African Development Fund (bank) and the European Union Hereinafter Called the Bank and the Eu Toward the Cost of the Sadc Sub Regional Transport and Trade Facilitation Project: Rehabilitation and Upgrading of R1251 Road Section of 59 Km Between Mueda and Nambungale Including Construction of 5.4 Km of the Mueda Town Bypass in Cabo Delgado Province, and Intends to Apply Part of the Proceeds Toward Payments Under the Contracts for Construction and Equipping of Health Centres in Ngapa and Nandimba Communities, Including the Supply of Ambulances. for This Contract, the Borrower Shall Process the Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and Procedures for Investment Project Financing.
