Tenders Are Invited for supply, installation, and commissioning of equipment for the educational support and production units (uapp) and the new programs in vocational training centers in burundi
The contract is divided into nine (9) separate lots, and bidders may submit offers for one or all of the lots. The contracting authority does not limit the number of lots that may be awarded to a single bidder. The lots are listed as follows: Lot 1 : Mechanical and maintenance equipment, including automotive mechanics and agricultural mechanization; Lot 2 : Agri-food processing equipment, including bakery, fruit and vegetable processing, blended flour processing, and oil milling; Lot 3 : Wood, bamboo, and rattan equipment, including carpentry, bamboo, and rattan work; Lot 4 : Welding, construction, and finishing equipment, including welding, bricklaying, and plumbing; Lot 5 : Electrical, solar, and ICT equipment, including electrical work, PV modules, and office ICT; Lot 6 : Textile, leather, and handicraft equipment, including modern tailoring, shoemaking, and basketry. Lot 7 : Hotel/restaurant equipment including the trades of Hotel Staff, Kitchen Assistant/Waiter; Lot 8 : Agricultural, livestock, and live animal production equipment including the trades of Poultry/Foat Farming, Beekeeping, and Mushroom Farming; Lot 9 : Specific artisanal production equipment including the trades of Soap Making and Briquettes (Fuel). The bidder MAY NOT offer discounts or better terms in their bid if these lots are awarded to them. Failure to submit the ESPD (European Single Procurement Document) is a substantial irregularity and will result in the exclusion of your bid from participation in the contract.
