Call for Expression of Interest relating to the updating of the edc service providers file for the year 2026 for the areas: (to be specified)

In order to update the Electricity Development Corporation (EDC) supplier database for 2026, the General Manager of EDC invites interested suppliers to express their interest in the following areas:
A- FOR SUPPLIES
Area 1: Office equipment, furniture, materials, textiles, audiovisual equipment, sound systems.
Area 2: Office supplies, consumables, and stationery.
Area 3: Supply of mechanical, electronic, electrical, automation, and plumbing equipment and tools. Area
4: Supply of High Voltage (HV and HV) equipment and materials. Area 5
: Supply of hydrometric and meteorological equipment and materials. Area
6: Supply of equipment and materials for monitoring and inspecting hydroelectric facilities.
Area 7: Supply of IT equipment and solutions.
Area 8: Supply of Health, Safety, and Environmental equipment.
Area 9: Food, cocktails, and catering.
Domain 10: Supply of fluids (lubricants and greases) for the operation of industrial equipment.
Domain 11: Healthcare equipment, pharmaceuticals, sanitary products, vector control products, and maintenance/cleaning products, etc.
B- FOR NON-INTELLECTUAL SERVICES
Domain 1: Maintenance of computer and office equipment.
Domain 2: Maintenance of mechanical, electronic, and electrical equipment, automated systems, and plumbing.
Domain 3: Maintenance of industrial equipment for the production of electrical energy (thermal and hydroelectric).
Domain 4: Maintenance of MV and HV equipment.
Domain 5: Maintenance of MV and HV power line substations and corridors.
Domain 6: Maintenance of hydrometric and meteorological equipment.
Domain 7: Communication (internet, web hosting, videoconferencing, satellite television), messaging, advertising management, printing, and screen printing.
Domain 8: Transportation, accommodation, ticketing, and rental of meeting/conference rooms.
Domain 9: Transit-Customs.
Area 10: Mechanized cleaning, maintenance of green spaces and hygiene of premises, etc.
Area 11: Civil engineering, construction, rehabilitation and various development works, including: earthworks and roadworks, sanitation and drainage works, construction and rehabilitation of buildings and various structures, well and drilling works, carpentry, painting, building electricity, plumbing, small masonry, as well as all related civil engineering and building works.
