Tenders are invited for KoPÚ Branišov na Šumava and part of the cadastral municipality Dobríkov na Šumava
Brief description of the subject:
The subject of the public contract is the preparation of a draft of comprehensive land adjustments (hereinafter referred to as the "KoPÚ") in the cadastral area of ??Branišov na Šumave and in the adjacent part of the cadastral area of ??Dobríkov na Šumave, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class specified for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre, as amended by later regulations. The draft KoPÚ will be prepared so that it can be entered in the real estate cadastre.
The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the land office on the approval of the draft land adjustments and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The draft KoPÚ will be prepared according to a more detailed breakdown that exactly corresponds to the requirements specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land adjustments and the requirements of the draft land adjustments, as amended by later regulations.
The KoPÚ will be solved with regard to the adjustment of water management conditions and anti-erosion measures. The KoPÚ district will include the cadastral area of ??the municipality of Branišov na Šumave and the adjacent part of the cadastral area of ??Dobríkov na Šumave, outside the built-up area of ??the municipality. The expected area of ??the solved area is 152 ha.
