Tenders Are Invited for Repair / Maintenance of Family Suites No. F-305 at Parliament Lodges, Islamabad
CONDITIONS:-
i) The Capital Development Authority invites bids, from firms, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council
having valid Registration Certificate in respective project code valid for the year 2025-26 who can prove their
eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding Documents for the above mentioned works.
ii) The bidding shall be conducted in line with the Rule 36 (a) Single Stage Single Envelope procedure
prescribed under Public Procurement Rules 2004, E-Pak Procurement Regulations, 2023 and is open to all
potential bidders registered in the “e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS)”.
iii) Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security duly generated from firm’s own account should be in the form of
Pay Order / CDRs in favor of DDO Govt. Hostel, CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of
Bid Security on E-PADS and submit original Bid Security / CDR’s on 17-09-2026 at 12:00 Noon.
iv) Works related information may be sought from the office of Dy. Director (Civil) PL&H, CDA located in
Parliament Lodges Block-C, Basement, G-5, and Islamabad.
v) The prospective bidders are required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk on
before EPAD date and Time. Manual bid will not be entertained.
vi) The bids will be opened by using E-PAD publically on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the
Procurement Committee & Bidders / authorized Representative must present General / special power of
Attorney attested through respective Court, who choose to attend the opening session to be held at the office
of Director PL&H & Dy. Director (Civil), PL&H, CDA.
vii) That the Attorney holder should not be the employee of any government / semi-government institutes.
viii) The bid security of all bidders would be deposited in the CDA Bank account and same will be returned after
the acceptance of the contract with the successful bidder.
ix) Firms who provide an undertaking on Stamp paper worth not less than Rs.500/- and above, that the firm /
contractor are neither involve in any litigation nor black listed by any government, semi-government or
autonomous body in Pakistan and also undertake that if any information or document provided by the firm is
found incorrect or fictitious, the firm liable for legal action under the law.
