Tenders Are Invited for Acquisition and Installation of Equipment for the Implementation of the Land Information System (lis)
the Government of the Togolese Republic Has Received Funding From the African Development Fund of the African Development Bank Group Hereinafter Referred to as the Bank to Finance the Governance and Private Sector Development Support Project (pagdsp), and Intends to Use Part of This Loan to Make Payments Under the Contract: Acquisition and Installation of Equipment for the Establishment of the Land Information System (lis). for This Contract, the Borrower Will Make Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Bank's Guidelines for Disbursements Under Investment Project Financing, with the Exception of Payments for Which the Contract Stipulates That Payment Will Be Made By Letter of Credit.
