Al-zawia company intends to invite specialized companies to participate in the tender for the project of establishing a refrigerator for cooling and freezing meat at the benghazi asphalt plant, according to the conditions mentioned in the tender brochure. a brief overview of the project is summarized as follows – supply, installation, testing and commissioning of -cooling room – freezing room this is an integrated system that operates with high efficiency under operating conditions, including high temperatures and high humidity. the scope of work includes the following – - carrying out design work, engineering details, and thermal calculations. – supply and installation of cooling and freezing rooms using insulated panels. – supply and installation of cooling systems. – implementation of all mechanical, electrical, control and alarm systems works. – implementing the necessary civil works, concrete foundations, floor insulation. - carrying out tests such as trial runs and final runs. – providing operational spare parts for two years. purchase a bid brochure. 1- sending a letter to the chairman of the small tenders committee of al-zawiya oil refining company, indicating the intention to participate in the bid. 2- the bid brochure will be received from the office of the rapporteur of the small tenders committee at the company’s main headquarters in zawiya and during the company’s official working hours, starting from tuesday, corresponding to 08/18/2026 ad until monday, corresponding to 08/31/2026 ad, from (900) in the morning to (0100) in the afternoon. 3- the company representative must be authorized to receive the bid brochure according to an official document issued by the entity he represents, stamped with the company’s seal and accompanied by proof of identity and the company’s seal. 4- pay an amount of (500,000 l.d.) five hundred libyan dinars in cash for the bid brochure (non-returnable). • submitting offers. - bids are delivered by hand to the rapporteur of the minor tenders committee at the company’s main headquarters / al-zawya in the office of the committee rapporteur, provided that the last date for receiving the offers is sunday, 09/20/2026 ad and before 0100 pm, with your kind regards taking into account the following – 1- submit bids at the time specified in the announcement, signed by the owners authorized to sign the bid form stamped with the bidder’s seal, including the schedules attached to the bid. 2- submit offers in separate, sealed envelopes as follows • original artistic presentation + 2 photos • unpriced commercial offer, original + 2 photos • priced commercial offer, original + photo the name of the project and the name of the applying company are written on all envelopes, provided that they are closed and sealed with red wax, and the three envelopes are placed inside a closed envelope. 3- submitting an initial deposit amounting to (1,500,000 d.l.) one thousand and five hundred libyan dinars in a separate envelope when submitting the offer. the offer that is not accompanied by the full initial insurance will not be considered. it will be paid in the form of a certified check in favor of al-zawiya oil refining company and is subject to return in the event that the bid is not awarded to the bidder. 4 - the validity of offers is (90) days from the date of submission.
