Announcement of competition: RA-26-003-GR-Welfare technology - Gjøvik region and Hadeland
Gjøvik municipality, Gran municipality, Nordre Land municipality and Søndre Land municipality carry out a joint procurement of welfare technology equipment, accessories and associated services for the health and care services. The framework agreement will cover the municipalities ongoing needs for, among other things, security alarms, electronic medicine dispensers, sensor technology and other welfare technology products. The purpose of the agreement is to contribute to safe, efficient and forward-looking health and care services, as well as to facilitate increased mastery, independence and security for the users. The acquisition includes options for a welfare technology platform, response center and response services as well as patient notification systems. Deliveries under the framework agreement are regulated through SSA-R as the overall agreement, with associated call-off agreements based on relevant SSA standards. The agreement is a joint framework agreement for Gjøvik municipality, Gran municipality, Nordre Land municipality and Søndre Land municipality. The following municipalities are option municipalities with the right, but no obligation, to accede to the framework agreement: Vestre Toten municipality, Østre Toten municipality, Nord-Aurdal municipality, Sør-Aurdal municipality, Øystre Slidre municipality, Vestre Slidre municipality, Etnedal municipality, Vang municipality and Eidskog municipality. There is no guarantee that the option municipalities will accede to the framework agreement or make acquisitions under the agreement.
