Tenders are invited for Delegation contract for the management of certain components of the sanitation service (collection, transport, transfer, and operation of landfills) through concession of the administrative-territorial units that are members of the intercommunity development association ADISSL Vâlcea. The duration of the delegation contract for the management is 8 years (96 months) from the date of entry into force of the contract. The duration of the contract was established according to the analysis carried out at the level of the Feasibility Study, annexed to this documentation. The main activities to be performed by the delegate/service provider during the contract period are described in the specifications. Requests for clarifications regarding the awarding documentation can be submitted until the 26th day prior to the deadline for submitting offers. Responses to requests for clarifications will be published on the 16th day before the submission of offers. Only requests for clarifications addressed by economic operators until the deadline established in the participation announcement will be answered. Estimated value excluding VAT: 810,330,277.34 RON.
