Open Procedure:provision of Services in the Organization, Mediation and Administration of Tourist Trips and Related Tourist Services for the Needs of Professional High School of Tourism Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov - Varna
The subject of the contract covers the provision of services for organizing, intermediation and administration of tourist trips and related tourist services for students, teachers, employees and guests of the Contracting Authority for participation in competitions, Olympiads, business trips, training, cultural, sports, educational and other events in the country and abroad, including the provision of ground transportation through carriers entitled to perform the relevant type of transportation, accommodation, transfers, insurance and other accompanying tourist services.
The services are requested and performed periodically, through separate written requests from the Contracting Authority, according to its specific needs. The specified scope is estimated and does not give rise to an obligation for the Contracting Authority to request the services in full.
The term for the performance of the contract is 36 (thirty-six) months, counting from the date of conclusion of the contract, or until the maximum financial resources of the Contracting Authority are reached - whichever of the two events occurs earlier.
