Tenders are invited for Trailer parts according to specification for :The university of bucharest is launching the open tender for the purchase of laboratory equipment water distiller, magnetic stirrers, autoclaves for acid digestion, real time pcr apparatus, ultrafreezer -86°c necessary for carrying out research activities within the framework of research project no. 17coex/2026 with the title national multidisciplinary center of excellence for combating resistance to anti-infectious treatments, implemented in the university of bucharest. the automatic water distiller is necessary to obtain high-purity distilled water used in the preparation of reagents, buffer solutions and working media, reducing the risk of contamination of experiments and ensuring the reproducibility of analyses. magnetic hotplate with four positions are necessary for simultaneous preparation of solutions and reagents, carrying out chemical reactions and maintaining controlled temperature during experiments, helping to increase the efficiency of laboratory activities. autoclaves reaction vessels for acid digestion are indispensable for the digestion of biological and environmental samples under high temperature and pressure conditions, a necessary step before elemental composition determinations and other instrumental analyses. the real-time pcr device is essential for the analysis of gene expression, the identification and quantification of nucleic acids and the realization of the molecular biology experiments provided for in the project, contributing to obtaining fast, sensitive and reproducible results. ultra-freezers -86°c are necessary for the long-term preservation, under optimal conditions, of biological samples, collections of microorganisms, dna, rna, cell lines and other biological materials resulting from research activities, maintaining their integrity throughout the duration of the project and beyond. electrically heated magnetic stirrers allow conducting experiments that require precise control of temperature and stirring speed, being used for the preparation of reagents, syntheses and chemical reactions specific to the research activities carried out within the center. lot 1 water distiller - 1 pc. lot 2 magnetic hob with heating with four positions - 2 pcs. lot 3 autoclave reaction vessel for acid digestion - 2 pcs. lot 4 real-time pcr machine - 1 pc. lot 5 ultrafreezer -86°c with accessories - 2 pcs. lot 6 magnetic stirrer with electric heating - 4 pcs. number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 17 days. the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
