Public Tender concession to operate a commercial building in the urban work complex (Spacemod) in the transportation center
Ofek Company - Modi'in Maccabim Reut Employment Zone and Property Management and Development Company Ltd. hereby invites proposals to enter into an agreement to receive a franchise to operate a commercial building in the municipal work complex (Spacemod) in the transportation center in the city of Modi'in Maccabim Reut.
The tender documents can be purchased Sunday-Thursday between the hours of 08:30-16:00, at the Ofek Company offices located at 35 Dam HaMaccabim St. in the city of Modi'in Maccabim Reut, starting on Sunday, 08/16/2026 for 1,000 NIS excluding VAT, which will not be refunded. Payment will be made by check only from the purchasing company and/or the dealer.
When purchasing the tender documents, the purchaser will provide the details of the tender purchaser, including a telephone number and email address, which will be used to receive notifications regarding the tender.
A clarification meeting will be held on Monday, 31/08/2026 at 10:00 at the Ofek offices, telephone 08-9955655.
Participation in the clarification meeting is not mandatory.
Tender proposals must be submitted at the Ofek offices, starting on Tuesday, 01/09/2026 from 08:30 until 16:00, and no later than Monday, 14/09/2026 at 09:00.
