Tenders are invited for Phase 2 of the construction of 3 community projects at madinat salman
The tender includes the construction and development of the following plots plot 11 central market a comprehensive commercial hub featuring dedicated meat, fish, and vegetable markets, complemented by a variety of small retail shops, f and b. gross bua 1,478.72 sqm. plot 16 supermarket a large scale commercial space with a gross bua of 3,534.66 sqm. plot 17 sport facility a dynamic community space featuring two football fields and two drive thru buildings. gross bua 217.34 sqm. qualified contractors are invited to submit their bids in accordance with the technical specifications and standards set by eskan bank to contribute to the growth of one of bahrain most prominent urban developments.
