Tenders Are Invited for Supply of It and Data Collection Equipment for the Benefit of Stakeholders in the Pact Projectplace :kinshasa
Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer to account number 00029 01015 02123110009, USD 26, entitled MIN FIN v/c CSPP-DAO (USD), held at Bank of Africa (BOA) (in the Democratic Republic of Congo), SWIFT code: AFRICDKS. Please specify the Tender Dossier number for which payment is being made.
The Tender Dossier will be delivered to the Candidates at the Infrastructure Unit by the Treasurer. Delivery to another address, either by DHL or courier at the candidate's request, will be arranged by the Infrastructure Unit, and the shipping costs will be borne entirely by the candidate. In this case, the Infrastructure Unit will not be held responsible for any late receipt or loss of the Tender Dossier. The flat-rate shipping fee is two hundred US dollars (USD 200).
3. Bids must be submitted to the address indicated in point 10 below no later than 2:00 p.m. local time (UTC+1) on September 11, 2026. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives at the address indicated in point 10 below on September 11, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. local time (UTC+1). Bids must include a bid security in the amount of USD 60,000 (Sixty thousand US dollars).
