The products subject to this specifications document are absolutely essential for ensuring the conduct of medical activities, which is why the purchase of these products is urgently necessary for the successful execution of medical acts at all departments, operating blocks, delivery rooms, UPU-SMURD, and in the Radiology and Medical Imaging Laboratory of the hospital. The minimum and maximum quantities of the Framework Agreement are highlighted in the specifications document. The quantity of the largest subsequent contract is highlighted in the specifications document. The deadline for requesting clarifications on the awarding documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. In accordance with the provisions of Article 161 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information regarding the awarding documentation on the 11th day before the deadline established for submitting offers in the participation announcement.
