Tenders are invited for A dynamic system for purchasing commonly used medicinal products for the needs of the Complex Oncology Center - Plovdiv Ltd. Within the dynamic purchasing system (DPS), public procurement will be assigned for the supply of commonly used medicinal products for the needs of the Complex Oncology Center - Plovdiv Ltd., including medicinal products included in Appendix No. 2 of the Positive Drug List, as well as medicinal products that are not included in the PDL, with the aim of ensuring the operational needs of medical units established and functioning within the healthcare institution. The dynamic purchasing system is not divided into categories - it includes medicinal products whose distribution and trading conditions are regulated by the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine, for which uniform criteria for participant selection and the same essential delivery conditions will apply. The nature and estimated quantity of the supplies are described through the subjects and technical specifications of the public procurements with the same subject, assigned by Complex Oncology Center - Plovdiv Ltd. in the period 2023 - 2025. The technical specifications of the public procurement assignments in question, including the types of medicinal products included, characteristics, and quantities for specific periods of time, should be considered as incorporated into this document by indicating the internet addresses of the electronic files of the procedures under the Public Procurement Act in the participation documentation.
