Brief description of the subject:
The subject of the public contract is: It concerns the change of a completed building - the reconstruction of the existing building No. 309 on Blatenská Street in Horaždovice, originally part of the area of ??the school sisters de Notre Dame. The building is located in a protected monument zone. The building will be newly used as a school facility and youth home at the Horaždovice Secondary School. The main construction intervention is the construction of a new staircase and elevator. The layout is also being modified and new classrooms and facilities are being created. Professional classrooms and a studio are being proposed in the unused attic.
