Demolition and dismantling work Protective measures on floors, stairs and components, approx. 3,500 m²
Remediation of pollutants in black areas, approx. 75 t KMF / 2 t waste wood (A IV)
Demolition of suspended ceilings (GK, wood, mineral fiber) including UK, approx. 4,700 m²
Demolition of interior walls (masonry and drywall), approx. 3,000 m²
Demolition of wall coverings (tiles, plasterboard, wood), approx. 3,900 m²
Demolition of screeds (cement, mastic asphalt) including coverings, approx. 3,800 m²
Demolition of PVC, linoleum and parquet floors, approx. 2,700 m²
Dismantling interior doors (wood/steel) including steel frames, approx. 430 pieces.
TGA dismantling: radiators and HLS pipes, approx. 180 pieces / 8,500 m
TGA dismantling: ventilation ducts and air conditioning central units, approx. 1,000 m² / 4 pieces.
TGA dismantling: cables, lines and electrical distributors, approx. 38,000 m / 45 pieces.
TGA dismantling: lighting systems, approx. 475 pieces.
Dismantling elevator systems (hydraulics), 2 pieces. Estimated value: 1704791.83 EUR
