Tenders Are Invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Berthing Equipment for the Port of Kalundu in Uvira in the Province of South Kivu (drc) Including 30-ton Mooring Bollards and Cylindrical Fendersplace :sud Kivu
Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo has received a grant and a loan from the World Bank to finance the cost of the Trade Facilitation and Integration Project in the Great Lakes region and intends to use part of the funds granted under this financing to make payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of berthing equipment at the port of Kalundu in Uvira, South Kivu Province (DRC), including 30-tonne mooring bollards and cylindrical fenders. For this contract, the Borrower shall use the disbursement method entitled “Direct Payment,” as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.
2. The PFCIGL Management Unit hereby invites Bidders to submit their sealed bids for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of berthing equipment for the port of Kalundu in Uvira in the province of South Kivu (DRC) including 30-tonne mooring bollards and cylindrical fenders.
3. The procedure will be conducted through international competition using a Request for Proposals as defined in the "World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers of September 2025" and open to all Bidders from eligible countries as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Eligible Bidders may obtain additional information from UG-PFCIGL at the email address ugp@pfcigl.cd with a copy to Mr. Thierry KAYEMBE, thierry.kayembe@pfcigl.cd and giresse.nseka@pfcigl.cd and may review the Tender Dossier at the address mentioned below from 09 a.m. to 16 p.m.
5. The French-language Tender Dossier may be purchased by any interested Eligible Bidder by submitting a written request to the address below against a non-refundable payment of three hundred US dollars ( USD 300). The accepted method of payment is cash deposit or bank transfer to the bank account whose details are provided below:
