the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Has Received Financing From the Rome Process/mattei Plan Facility) (rpff) Toward the Cost of the Borena Resilient Water Development for Improved Livelihood Program (brwdilp) Phase Ii, and Intends to Apply Part of the Proceeds Towards Payments Under the Contract for Web Water Supply Route: Civil Works Construction with Installation Pipe and Fittings, Supply Pipe and Fittings and Supply and Installation Electromechanical Equipment for Web Water Supply Route From Wer_1447 (dembala Imu) to End of Web Route of Galchet-sarite Water Supply Project in Borena Zone.
Bids must be delivered to the address below by 25 September 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly
opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who
chooses to attend at the address below on 25 September 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 19,117,500.00 (Nineteen Million
One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Birr) or USD 124,000.00 (One Hundred
Twenty-Four Thousand United States Dollars) or an equivalent amount in any freely
convertible currency from a reputable source from any eligible country. The Bid Security
shall be in the form of Bank Guarantee in the format included in Section IV (Bidding
Forms) of the bidding document for this procurement.
