the Government of the Republic of Mali Has Received Funding From the African Development Bank (afdb) Through the African Development Fund (adf) to Finance the Governance Structures Support Project (pasg) and Intends to Use Part of This Donation to Make Payments Under the Contract Relating to the Acquisition of It Equipment and Software to Support the Establishment of the New Information System (is) Business of the Dgi Relating to Electronic Payment From Taxes to Bank Cards and Payments Via Mobile Phones and to the Exchange of Information Unit for Tax Purposes.
