This Invitation for Bids follows the Procurement Plan of the Mauritanian Hydrocarbons Company (SMH) for the year 2026.
2. The Mauritanian Hydrocarbons Company (SMH) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified candidates for the provision of services related to the insurance of two SMH oil depots.
