The Framework Agreement aims to determine the conditions of service contracts for 'Community Housing Care for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities', as defined in the Technical Specifications Document (hereinafter PPT), through contracts based on this agreement. The awarded places in this Framework Agreement, once contracted under the contracts based on it, will be integrated into the Public Network of Care Centers for adults with disabilities, dependent on the General Directorate with competencies in the care of persons with disabilities (hereinafter, the General Directorate), of the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Affairs (hereinafter, the Ministry).
