Tenders Are Invited for Framework agreement for the public service of care for dependent older adults in day care centers – year 2027"
This contract aims to describe the content of the service for dependent elderly people in day care centers and to establish the obligations, technical conditions, and specific activities that must be assumed and carried out by the companies or entities that may be awarded the contract to provide the service. A day care center for dependent elderly people is defined as a specialized facility, of a preventative and socio-habilitative nature, providing daytime care for elderly people who have experienced a loss and/or deficit in their autonomy. Bidders must offer a minimum of 5 places per day care center offered and a maximum of the number of places they are authorized to provide for dependent elderly people at the day care center, deducting from the offer any places they may have been awarded under contract with other Public Administrations.
