General notice for procurement : Project to Support the Competitiveness of Regional Agropastoral Sectors
This Project Has the Following Main Objectives:
the Overall Objective of the Project is to Improve the Competitiveness of Target Agro-industrial Value Chains (cameroon, Chad, Car) for Strong Involvement of the Private Sector, in Order to Develop Sub-regional Trade and Achieve Food Security.
the Specific Objectives Are as Follows: (i) Improve the Institutional Environment to Reduce the Costs/delays of Administrative Services and Strengthen the Productivity of Actors; (ii) Structure Interprofessional Organizations (ipos) and Strengthen the Capacities of Supporting Actors/structures; (iii) Support the Promoters of Structuring Private Projects, the Availability of Inputs and the Improvement of Market Infrastructures.
