lot-0001, title: pharmacy – procurement of medicines and other products, description: the subject of this public procurement procedure is the procurement of the following products: medicines with marketing authorization in hungary for the north pest center hospital-honvéd hospital (épc-hk) - atc code: from a01 to v10 - as well as the delivery of other pharmacy products. the expected proportion of other pharmacy products within the total contract: 4.5%. the expected sales ratio of individual pharmacy products and preparations within other pharmacy products: - magistral preparations (5.56%), - medical devices (13.51%) - dietary supplements and medicinal products (36.48%), - medical technical devices and others (20.46%), - disinfectants and hygiene articles (6.10%), - medicinal diets (0.64%), - dressings (8.62%), - packaging materials (0.75%), - dermocosmetic articles (7.87%). this procedure aims to conclude a framework agreement according to section 105 (2) a) of the public procurement act. in the second part of this public procurement procedure aimed at concluding this framework agreement, the contracting authority orders the necessary active ingredients and products according to its individually arising needs. indication of the framework amount: net huf 4,000,000,000. the contracting authority undertakes a call obligation only for 70% of the indicated framework amount. further requirements regarding the products intended to be procured and performance-related requirements are included in the technical description and framework agreement.
