e - execution of works for the reorganization, revitalization of public spaces and street and parking networks within the residential complex, with the aim of expanding and arranging pedestrian spaces or spaces intended for alternative mobility forms of green spaces and landscaping; f - realization of works for vertical and horizontal separation of traffic flows, ensuring the safety of pedestrian recreational areas from traffic areas by creating road sectors in embankments, ramps for road construction, public transport, bicycles, executing, rehabilitating, modernizing bridges and crossing passages and public pedestrian junctions; g - execution of landscaping works for creating, modernizing, expanding parks, squares, green spaces near condominium-type housing, protective vegetation corridors against technical infrastructure; h - arrangement of parks and playgrounds for children and equipping with appropriate furniture, play equipment, and other independent facilities; i - realization of pedestrian access structures, including for persons with disabilities or reduced mobility towards public transport stations by creating access ramps, overpasses, and underpasses; j - rehabilitation, arrangement, relocation/expansion of urban infrastructure, including surface and underground installations: replacement, extensions, modernization, modification of routes of public urban infrastructure and communication networks; k - execution, rehabilitation, modernization, expansion of paving works, roadways, various urban arrangements; l - equipping/rehabilitating urban mobility, modernizing, expanding, rehabilitating public and ambient lighting systems efficiently and intelligently, installing indicators and other elements of urban signaling and orientation, monitoring systems, and systems suitable for persons with hearing and visual impairments; m - arrangement, rehabilitation, modernization of parking spaces, including through the execution of temporary parking spaces, underground residences provided that they are used by residents from the residential area and are publicly owned by the state or local administrative units, under their administration, in cases where temporary parking spaces are charged, the legal provisions for calculating the value of support granted through the funding-gap method or state aid rules according to oug 77/2014 approved by law 20/2015 will apply;
