Contract awarded for Máv group integrated fuel procurement
lot-0001, title: integrated fuel procurement of the máv group, description: the subject of the public procurement procedure is the procurement of fuel with service provided by road tank truck and railway tank car during the duration of the contract under a framework purchase agreement for máv hungarian state railways zrt., máv track operation zrt., máv passenger transport zrt., and volántours kft. (hereinafter: contracting authority, ca). the contracting authority understands "fuel" to mean the following: 1. diesel: standard msz en 590 and extra winter (deep-frozen) diesel according to the standard in annex m3 of msz en 590, 3. motor gasoline (esz 95): standard msz en 228, 4. motor gasoline (esz 100): fuel according to the standard msz en 228, or in case of change, fuel that meets the parameters and quality requirements specified in the applicable hungarian standard at the time of delivery. the fuels must comply with the provisions of the 17/2017. (v. 26.) nfm regulation on the quality requirements of motor fuels, and the requirements of the standards in force in hungary at all times. the contracting authority may place orders for a maximum of 480,648,001 liters of fuel quantity under the framework agreement (framework quantity). considering section 58 (1) of the kbt., the contracting authority may deviate from the contractual total quantity (i.e., the framework quantity) (quantity deviation), and under the contract to be concluded, it only undertakes the obligation to place occasional orders for at least 70% of the maximum quantity specified in the above framework agreement (i.e., 336,453,601 liters). regarding the framework agreement, the joint contracting authorities wish to conclude a contract for the transportation of fuel in accordance with the specifications contained in the technical description by railway tank car and road tank truck. the planned distribution by type of fuel is as follows: diesel: 461,772,001 liters (of which extra winter diesel is expected to be 29,222,700 liters) motor gasoline (esz 95): 16,366,785 liters motor gasoline (esz 100): 2,509,215 liters the specified quantity data have been determined as assistance for the bidder's pricing. the contracting authority does not undertake an obligation for the approximate quantity calculated per item, and the successful bidder is obliged to fulfill the contract according to the occasional orders of the contracting authority. the planned distribution by mode of transport is as follows: quantity planned for procurement by road tank truck: 395,733,000 liters (82.3%) quantity planned for procurement by railway tank car: 84,915,001 liters (17.7%) total: 480,648,001 liters (100%) the specified distribution data by mode of transport have been determined as assistance for the bidder's pricing, for which the contracting authority does not undertake an obligation, and the successful bidder is obliged to fulfill the contract according to the occasional orders of the contracting authority. detailed specifications related to the subject of procurement are contained in the technical description and the draft framework agreement. references to specific brands or types that may appear in the procurement documents have been made solely for the purpose of clearly defining the nature of the subject. the contracting authority accepts any product that is equivalent in all respects according to the provisions of section 46 (3) of government decree 321/2015.
