(the specific quantity of individual procurements to be implemented after the conclusion of the km will be determined during the reopening of the competition or direct orders.). ak records, based on the provisions of section 21, paragraph (4) of government decree 321/2015. (x. 30.) (hereinafter: kr.) regarding the method of proving suitability and exclusion grounds in public procurement procedures, as well as the determination of the technical description of the public procurement, that the expected magnitude (value) of the separate contracts to be implemented under the km at the same time is a net 3,375,050,569 huf. ak determined this magnitude taking into account previous similar framework agreements.
