lot-0001, title: renovation of the kobánya freight-kobánya-kispest section, description: the budapest – szolnok – debrecen – nyírágyháza – záhony railway line no. 100, the kobánya-teher – kobánya-kispest section is approximately 4 km long, electrified, gapless, double-track railway line renovation. the permitted speed on the line section is 80 km/h. the maximum allowed axle load is 210 kn. it is one of the most important railway sections in the country for suburban and long-distance passenger traffic, where freight traffic is also significant. its last comprehensive renovation took place in the early '70s, accordingly, the entire infrastructure has aged, resulting in a passable speed of only 40-60 km/h. the track alignment was largely built in the '40s, running on a 4-5 m high embankment in an urban environment, while in the vicinity of the stations (kobánya-teher, kobánya-kispest) it runs at ground level. there is a large structure on the section running on the embankment (kobányai road). the horizontal alignment is characterized by the track widening around the island platform stop (kobánya lower), with a typical open line track gauge distance of 4.00 m. at kobánya-teher station, a flowing track must be built instead of the 3rd and 12th switches located in the main track, and the transformation of the double track connection formed by switches 8-10-12-14 must also be carried out. main tasks to be performed: railway track (substructure and superstructure): - replacement of the superstructure with earthworks technology, substructure repair, gapless superstructure: 3921 vfm; - ballast cleaning: 3467 vfm; - gapless track replacement: 3467 vfm; - replacement of expansion devices: 8 pieces; - switch dismantling: 4 groups; - double track connection dismantling: 1 group; - switch replacement: 10 groups; - drainage facilities: 1490 fm; - level crossing replacement: 2 pieces; - pedestrian crossing replacement: 2 pieces; - clearance works: 18400 m2. - preparation of necessary technological plans. structure: - renovation of steel structures carrying railway loads: 2 pieces; - renovation of reinforced concrete structures carrying railway loads: 1 piece. - preparation of necessary technological plans. safety devices: - mechanical dependency and circuit transformation (kobánya-teher i center): 1 piece; - mechanical dependency and circuit transformation (kobánya-teher ii center): 1 piece; - dismantling of various external devices due to switch elimination: approx. 24 pieces; - dismantling of towing wire pairs: 1700 m; - construction of cable substructure: approx. 2100 m. - preparation of cable substructure technological plans. telecommunications: - cable protection: approx. 750 m; - cable crossings on structures: 12 pieces. - preparation of necessary technological plans. high current: - replacement of weight tensioning: 24 pieces; - replacement of insulators in the long chains: 945 pieces; - corrosion protection of poles: 8184 m2; - replacement of overhead line long chains: 9482 fm. - replacement of bypass wire: 3502 m; - providing electrical drive for all overhead line switches at kobánya-teher station and integrating them into the fet system: 1 activity; - preparation of necessary technological plans. the contracting authority understands the technological plan to mean the totality of all plans necessary for the contractor's execution processes, related to the product or construction, organizational technology proposed by the contractor. the technological plan may be part of the technological instruction but can also be realized independently. for further details, see the technical description. to clearly and understandably define the subject of the public procurement, the contracting authority may refer in this call and other specified products, origins, types, procedures, activities, persons, as well as patents or trademarks. in all such cases, the designation was made solely for the purpose of clearly defining the nature of the subject, the offer can be considered equivalent in terms of the detailed technical parameters regarding the specified product, origin, type, procedure, activity, person, as well as patent or trademark.
